This yarn may be considered too thick to knit on standard gauge machines, but it has been used successfully at tension 10 with the yarn mast tension turned down to minimum, it works well with slip stitch on standard machines. Excellent results can ne obtained by using a Garter Carriage for many different stitch patterns including rib and full garter stitch. On chunky machines use for Fairisle, Tuck Stitch, Fishermans Rib and Lacy Knit. Useful as a weaving yarn.
