A round or roll neck sweater with a 'Thistle' fairisle repeat pattern. The pattern instructions only use 4 colours, but the original garment was designed with six. The other two colours were obtained by dyeing a small quantity of a natural coloured yarn to give the light purple and lilac shades and used to highlight the top of the thistle design. The dyes used were Acid Dyes, starter packs of which are obtainable from UNDY YARNCRAFTS. This is an ideal way of economically increasing colour variety to any knitting project.

A v neck poncho plated using 2 strands and 1 strand of Undy Yarncrafts repeatable 2/30's. A fashionable garment with stripes and fringes to fit 87-102 cms. The pattern also includes a round neck version.

This garment is made of 2 panels to the front and 2 panels to the back, linked together with an attractive cord. The 2 panels are in different colours and a 3rd colour is introduced in the sleeves. It is all knitted on a single bed machine using Tuck stitch with selected needles out of working position which gives a lacy effect. The second size only weighs 300g.

A hip length round neck edge to edge cardigan with tie fronts. This is knitted in 1 strand of crimpio and 1 strand of 2/30 throughout in a flat 4 x 4 rib. The pattern is written to fit sizes 34-48 ins.

Bubbles is knitted in Sylken (52%silk/48% lambswool) It consits of a sleeveless round neck vest knitted in stocking stitch and a round neck cardigan which begins with fairisle and continues in stocking stitch. We have added a sparkle to the fairisle by using lurex. The pattern is available in small, medium and large sizes, rangeing from 77 - 102 cms.

The twinset consists of a short sleeve, round neck sweater knitted in stocking stitch, using 2 strands of Undy Yarncrafts Crimpio (2 ply Crepe). To complement this there is an elegant long line Tie Front Jacket. This is knitted in Full Needle Rib, which has gives a lovely draped fabric when steam pressed, also with 2 strands of Crimpio, although we have used another shade of the yarn. The whole outfit uses 2 cones if knitted in the same colour, otherwise it takes 1 cone for the top and 2 cones for the jacket. To fit 82 - 117cms.

This is made using 2 strands of Crimpio for the top and skirt. The top has set in sleeves with a hand tooled edging for approx 30cm and the rest is in lace. There is a vest knitted in 1 strand of Bright using tuck stitch, which takes approx 120g for the the 3rd size. To complete the outfit is a ribbed skirt, shaped from the hips to the waist. The pattern is for sizes 82 - 102cms. It takes one cone for each item.

This beautifully warm garment is knitted with one of our new yarns 'Heather' and is made by quilting on the machine with the ribber attachment, stuffing the pockets with polyester stuffing, as you knit. The sleeves are knitted in 1 x 1 tuck. It has a ribbed mandarin collar with a zip all the way up the front. We have used plackets to sew the zip into and then covered the whole of the zip with an outer placket. The 3rd size weighs approx 900gms including the stuffing and the zip. To fit 72 - 106cms

This is a wrap with sleeves. The pattern is knitted for sizes 87-112 cms. The body is knitted sideways in 1 piece, using 2 strands of crimpio. The top and bottom are edged with a crochet type stitch on the machine. The back is hip length and the fronts fall into long points
